Our Mission
The founder of Ferguson Investments comes from a highly successful corporate career . Having spent the last two years working closely with property investors and developers, Enrico felt it was his path to follow his passion in property and build his own property business. The company focuses on building unbreakable relationships with it's clients and stakeholders. Our mission is to provide high quality accommodation to tenants, flexible solutions alongside open and honest advice to landlords and create opportunities for local agents.
WE ARE a member of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) to safe guard your deposit. We are always looking at ways to simplify and reduce deposits where possible for tenants.
WE ARE a member of The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) keeping us on top of market and government changes and keeping tenants safe and worry free.
WE ARE part of The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) to provide an independent Property Ombudsman Service for tenants to use if they are unhappy with the service provided.
